Richest 1 Percent will be Responsible for 16 Percent of Global CO₂ Emissions by 2030

The richest 1 percent of the world’s population will be responsible for 16 percent of global carbon dioxide emissions by 2030. This is evident from a new report that Oxfam presented at the COP26 climate summit in Glasgow.
